All the work here is done by a husband and wife team farming 35 hectares of vineyards.  vintage after vintage they turn out astonishingly flawless wines that deliver a quality rarely experienced for the modest price.  Both the Sauvignon and the sparkling rosé made from the indigenous Loire Valley Pineau d'Aunis are fermented and kept in stainless steel to allow the purity of fruit to shine though.  The rosé is made by méthode champenoise and spends a minimum of one year in bottle prior to release.
